Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how services from Keyspace Solutions MB ("we", "us", "our") are delivered, billed, refunded, and cancelled. It applies to all web scraping, robotic process automation (RPA), DevOps, and online research engagements.

1. Nature of Services

We provide custom, made-to-order digital services. Deliverables are produced specifically for each client and may include extracted datasets, source code and scripts, deployed pipelines or infrastructure, and research reports. We do not sell physical goods, and there is no shipping involved.

2. Currency & Pricing

All services are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Each project is priced individually with a fixed, written quote provided before any work begins. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

3. Delivery / Fulfillment

  • Deliverables are sent electronically — by email, a download link, a shared repository, or direct deployment to client-specified infrastructure.
  • An estimated delivery timeframe is agreed in writing as part of each project quote before work begins.
  • Delivery is considered complete when the agreed deliverables are made available to the client.
  • There are no physical shipments, shipping fees, or geographic delivery restrictions; services are delivered digitally worldwide, subject to the restrictions in Section 7.

4. Billing & Payment

  • Invoices are issued through Stripe after the work is delivered.
  • Payment is made by card and is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • You are charged only for projects you have approved in advance via a written quote.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a project at any time before work begins at no cost.
  • If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be invoiced only for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, based on the agreed quote.
  • Because billing happens after delivery, cancelling before delivery generally means no charge for incomplete work.

6. Refund Policy

Because we bill after delivery and quote each project in advance, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Deliverable does not match the agreed specification: If a delivered item materially fails to meet the written specification in the approved quote, we will first correct it at no additional charge. If we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full or partial refund of the amount paid for that item.
  • Work already delivered as specified: Custom work that has been delivered and matches the agreed specification is generally non-refundable, as it was produced specifically for you.
  • Target website changes: Scrapers and automations are built against the state of a target system at delivery time. If a third-party website or system changes afterward and breaks a deliverable, this is not grounds for a refund; such changes are handled as a new, separately quoted project (see Section 8).
  • To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email below, describing how the deliverable differs from the agreed specification.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

7. Legal Restrictions on Services

We only undertake work that is lawful. We do not provide services intended to breach computer-misuse laws, circumvent security controls for unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or violate applicable sanctions and export-control regulations. We reserve the right to decline or stop any project that we believe may be unlawful or unethical. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect, process, and use any requested data.

8. Maintenance & Changes After Delivery

Modifications, fixes for third-party changes, and ongoing maintenance after delivery are treated as new projects and quoted separately.
